When the heat is uniform, every single millimeter of that gasket hits the right temperature at the exact same time. No gaps, no leaks.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;Why we swear by ceramic end caps&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;Then there are the mounts. Standard holders often leak heat or just give up when things get hot.&#xA;We use ceramic end caps because they don&amp;rsquo;t warp or melt like plastic does. They keep the electrical connection rock solid and stop heat from bleeding into the machine frame. Instead, all that energy goes exactly where it belongs: into the product.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;The balancing act&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;Now, you might think, &lt;em&gt;&amp;ldquo;I&amp;rsquo;ll just crank up the wattage to seal them faster.&amp;rdquo;&lt;/em&gt;&#xA;Be careful with that. If you push it too hard, you risk scorching your product or popping the filament. It&amp;rsquo;s a bit of a balancing act between your heat density and how fast your line is moving.&#xA;And a quick tip: if you do ramp up the power, keep an eye on your cooling fans. High-output tubes put off a ton of ambient heat. If your airflow isn&amp;rsquo;t up to the task, you&amp;rsquo;ll start tripping sensors and shutting down the line.&#xA;Switching to high-uniformity lamps and ceramic seals is a simple swap. It just works. You stop throwing away scrap and start getting a consistent weld every single time.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
